We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new website.

Following a comprehensive redesign, globalrelay.com is easy and enjoyable to use, with enhanced content and features that reflect the full extent of Global Relay’s capabilities, the industries we serve, and the products and services we offer.

Our goal was to create a site that is both informative and simple to use. Our customers can now see dedicated pages across our core specialisms of Information Archiving, Supervision, and eDiscovery; Unified Communications; Data Connectors, and Artificial Intelligence.

Each of our specialist areas has an introductory overview followed by product breakdowns – including use cases and key benefits, as well as how to get in touch.

We know how vital security is to our customers, and it’s something that Global Relay maintains meticulously. As such, the security information on our site provides customers with the highest levels of confidence in our standards.

AI-enabling your business

For more than 20 years, we have helped financial institutions and other highly regulated businesses capture, preserve, and analyze their electronic communications to meet complex compliance and data governance standards within a single platform - the Global Relay Archive.

Today our unique blend of complementary solutions across Messaging, Archiving, Search & eDiscovery, Hosted Meetings, Telephony, and Voice have Artificial Intelligence (AI) at their centre, to help our customers in finance (including banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and investment advisors), insurance, energy, government, utilities, and other regulated enterprises to not only run their business, but also to grow their business.

How Global Relay helps customers to use Artificial Intelligence is central to the new site, with explanations on how our integrated AI delivers custom insights that inform decisions and actions for departments across the business - from Compliance and Legal right through to Sales and HR.

New product classification

We have also streamlined how we classify our solutions based on how we address specific customer needs, beyond pure compliance.

We call this Connect. Collaborate. Discover.

  • Connect – How we connect and migrate customers’ enterprise data across all applications into a single, secure location. Products available within Connect include our native data connectors and legacy data migration
  • Collaborate – Helping customers to embrace new communication channels while staying compliant, with our app for compliant communication across text, voice, WhatsApp, video, and more.
  • Discover – Our next-generation cloud archiving solution stores customers’ data securely, with AI-enabled access. Products within Discover alongside the Archive include Surveillance and Supervision, eDiscovery and AI & Analytics.

Warren Roy, Founder and CEO of Global Relay, said: “For two decades we have led the way in cloud-based archiving solutions that meet complex needs for our customers. As a digital-first era continues to present new opportunities and challenges when it comes to data management, Global Relay is exceptionally well positioned to help our customers and partners adapt to a changing landscape and use the latest technology to achieve more than was ever possible. Our website now really reflects this and I would like to thank everyone involved for all their hard work to make the site what it is.”

We will be updating the site over the coming weeks, including adding a resources centre housing guides, blogs, articles, and whitepapers.
